For NYSDRA’s 25th Anniversary in 2010, we will publish a monthly Spotlight in eNews to highlight the wide array of practices, specialties and professions that have grown out of the field of dispute resolution. Each month, we will showcase a different person who practices, excels at, or ascribes to a different area of ADR. To do that, we need to get in touch with those people and we are hoping you can tell us who they are.

The areas we would like to focus on are Arbitration, Workplace Dispute Resolution, Elder Care Mediation, Special Education Mediation, Healthcare Community Mediation, Family Mediation, Foreclosure Mediation, Labor/Union and Multi-party. Of course, if you know someone with, or you yourself have, a story to tell about great work being done outside of these areas, please feel free to share it – we are not limited to just these!
