Jocelyn Niles is the Manager of Programs & Member Engagement at NYSDRA. In this role, Jocelyn works closely with the Executive Director to manage NYSDRA programs and services and to ensure the needs of our membership base are being met. Key responsibilities include developing existing programs and expanding funding sources in order to better serve and support the network of community dispute resolution centers serving their local communities statewide, and our partner practitioners.

Jocelyn has experience working with non-profit organizations throughout the Capital Region, specializing in event management, fundraising, and member engagement. Jocelyn holds an A.A.S. in Hospitality & Tourism Management from SUNY Schenectady and a B.B.A. in Event Management from SUNY Delhi. Her hobbies include baking, reading books, seeing plays and musicals, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones. She lives with her husband and feline friend, Celia.
