In addition to being a trained and certified Mediator, Mr. Kirzner is an experienced commercial landlord and property manager, a licensed nursing home administrator (L.N.H.A.), as well as an e-commerce professional. He has also personally been through Mediation and Arbitration as a Litigant, giving him a unique perspective into the importance of the process of facilitating the resolution of a dispute in a confidential, expeditious, and minimally disruptive manner- with the consent, understanding, and consensus of the parties- instead of a random decision and order handed down by a stranger.
