Juan Carlos Salcedo, a recognized New York-based TV/Radio
producer and savvy business leader, hails from the scenic Andes of
South America. He earned a BA in International Relations from
Indiana University of PA and a Graduate degree in Law and Political
Science from Universidad Mayor de San Andres, Bolivia. His
academic contributions include a position as a visiting professor at
the China National University of Mining and Technology Foreign
Studies Department.
In the business realm, his enterprise, Jireh Resources Co, Inc.,
spearheaded a pivotal Sino-American joint venture with one of
China's premier top 100 companies. On the media front, Mr.
Salcedo has been the driving force behind the Enlace Television
Network's representation in the USA—a global network with a

production of "The DNA of the News," a bilingual weekly current
affairs program broadcasted in South America and throughout the
continental USA, including Hawaii.
In line with the essence of conflict resolution, Mr. Salcedo supports
peaceful resolutions initiatives as the Secretary of the Board for the
Dispute Resolution Center—a not for profit entity serving to four
counties in New York's Hudson Valley.
Grounded in the idyllic Cold Spring, NY, Juan Carlos and his wife,
Linda, have made it their home for over three decades. They are
proud parents to two accomplished sons, Michael and Matthew.
