Luke Roe serves as the Fiscal and Contract Management Associate at NYSDRA, where he ensures efficient operations by overseeing fiscal and contract performance. His responsibilities include managing overall fiscal operations, such as budgeting, financial reporting, and expense tracking. Luke also monitors accounts payable and receivable, processes invoices, and ensures timely payments. In addition, he contributes to the development and maintenance of organizational budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

A Siena College graduate, Luke holds a bachelor's degree in finance. He resides in Albany County and enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors in his free time.
