Dean W. M. Leslie

Dean W. M. Leslie, Esq., M.P.I.A., has been a Circuit Mediator in the Civil Appeal Mediation Program (CAMP) for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit since 2017.

Previously, he served as a Senior Settlement Coordinator for the New York State Supreme Court, where he designed and implemented a court-annexed mediation program under the mandate of the Commercial Division Advisory Council and Chief Judge’s Task Force on Commercial Litigation in the 21st Century.

He is currently an Adjunct Professor at New York Law School, where he teaches Drafting Contracts and Drafting Corporate Documents. He is admitted as an attorney in New York, and as a solicitor in England and Wales.

Mr. Leslie holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University, and a Master’s degree in Pacific International Affairs, with a specialization in China, from the University of California, San Diego.
