Tara Fishler founded Customized Training Solutions in 2003, where she trains schools and organizations in communication and related skills. Tara has served in numerous leadership roles in the ADR field, including former President of NYSDRA. She is currently the Restorative Practices Coordinator for Lehman HS in the Bronx.
