Toni Garner (they/them) brings a broad range of experience across various industries, from childcare and healthcare to animal training, call centers, and retail. With a background that spans multiple disciplines, Toni’s career path has cultivated a unique skill set in understanding and addressing diverse client and team needs. Prior to their role as Program Associate for CMSC, Toni served as an Administrative Assistant with the New York State Dispute Resolution Association, where they supported essential organizational functions.

Toni’s educational foundation in psychology, with a concentration on child and adolescent development, further strengthens their expertise in fostering communication, growth, and conflict resolution within the CMSC program. Their dedication to building supportive, engaging environments for both team members and the community continues to be a driving force in their work at CMSC.
